- “The device must be connected in non-DFU mode”
- Make sure your using a version higher than V2.2.
- Close the Flashing software then remove the battery and USB cable to completely power off the keyboard then retry flashing.
- If the first option did not work you can try to flash it using a different computer.
- “Failed to parse Data.”
- Make sure there are not any other keyboards or mouse connected.
- “Please Connect Device”
- Check if you installed the DFUDriverInstall Program before starting the application.
- If you have already try restarting your computer.
